Michael Saleme
Co-Founder and President
As MNT Systems' President, Mike Saleme provides leadership for all of the company’s business operations. He works with Board of Directors, Advisory Board, and the Director of Professional Services to define, refine, and execute the company's strategies, ensuring overall operational excellence.
Mike has designed and built content management systems since 1999 and implemented many successful solutions, both internet and intranet, from Fortune 500 companies to regional mid-size clients. He holds several professional certifications and is a member of CM pros, a professional organization whose focus is to seek to improve content management practices, and the American Marketing Association, Houston chapter.
Prior to co-founding MNT Systems in 2003, Mike was the initiating co-founder of Tenaid Technologies in 1997. During his tenure he served as Tenaid's President of Web Services, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Operations Officer, where he worked and oversaw project delivery, internal infrastructure, software development, technical documentation, technical recruiting, training, and technical sales. Prior to Tenaid, Mike worked for Exxon, American General, and as an independent software trainer and consultant. Additionally, Mike has served as a Sr. Business Analyst, Software Architect, Consultant, Project Manager and Lead Developer on a variety of Business and IT application projects.
