Business Need: The Enron IT department needed an Intranet web site to be their centralized location of all departmental information. The target audience of the site was themselves and the other departments throughout Enron. The site should be professional looking -- allowing for distributed authoring throughout the IT departments, quick and easy content changes, content scheduling, integration with other IT systems, and a flexible site layout to accommodate changes as rapidly as their organization requires. They host the site on a web server cluster in order to load balance site’s traffic and provide maximum up time. Solution: Because of a short implementation period of 6 weeks, we proposed the best solution was to deploy PubPoint™ and the customer agreed. The site included several Flash elements including a worldwide site locator. The customer was very satisfied. Modules Used:
