MNT Systems, Inc. - Tibco Transaction Monitor

Business Need:

Shell Energy IT department needed an application to monitor transaction flow within their EAI application, TibCo. Required functionalities:

Grouping of error codes;
Search by transaction, error code, error description and dates;
Audit trail;
Resubmit transaction on batch mode or single transaction mode;
Transaction flow based on transaction number.

Solution:

Using the Back Office Support System (BOSSWeb) framework that we created for Shell Energy, we created a datastore and application enabling a support person to setup custom transaction and workflow of transactions from one system to another. This enabled a support person to setup unlimited number of transactions for various number systems.
