There are three options for notifying MNT of a support request
- Send an email. Please include the following information to assist us to rapidly understand, diagnose and correct your issue:
- Brief description of the issue
- Your desired result
- What you were attempting when the issue occurred -- Please provide a screen name, bread crumbs, or web address of page, when applicable.
- Severity and impact of the issue.
Enhancement - Request for new feature
Minor Problem - Annoying Only
Bug Report - Non-critical
Severe - Action requested ASAP
Critical - Immediate Action Required
- Lastly, please attach a print screen (prtScn) of the error message or the screens with the issue.
(How to: When the error is on the screen, press the "print scrn" button on your keyboard, open a blank document, select the "edit | paste" menu item, save the doc and attach to email.)

- Use the built-in error reporting dialog in PubPoint. Please complete all information on the form as best you can and send.
